only just seen this yesterday started today 5km today
Monday walked to work 1.10 mins Tuesday ran on treadmill for 30 mins followed by upwill walking for 1 KM Wednesday day off Thursday cycled to work 20 mins, will cycle home again which take me to around 40 mins in total Will cycle to and from work on Friday sat and Sunday, so should make tarket this week....
:smile: Have been trying to lose 4 kilos for ages, have lost 20 kilos but run out of steam, keep losing and gaining the same 2 kilos again and again....today is a new day, walked to work that was 1 hour,, going to run walk or cycle everday and stick to the diet 7 days a week not just 4 days a week...
