Have been trying to lose 4 kilos for ages, have lost 20 kilos but run out of steam, keep losing and gaining the same 2 kilos again and again....today is a new day, walked to work that was 1 hour,, going to run walk or cycle everday and stick to the diet 7 days a week not just 4 days a week...
