Eating BMR and not losing
I eat my BMR and walk (4mph) 40 minutes and 20 minutes of pilates (blogilates) every day and I've been stuck at this weight for the last 3 weeks. I don't have much weight to lose so I'm not expecting to lose 2lbs/week but none at all? What's going on! How do I break through this plateau? I'll open my diary now.

Bread and Weight Gain
I've been eating my bmr, and exercising but have gained 1.5/2lbs over the past week. I have not gone over and I don't think I'm overestimating my food. I have however been eating bread. I don't normally buy or eat bread but I made a loaf the other day and have been eating 2-4 slices a day. Do you think this is just water…

Should I force myself to eat?
I'm not hungry a lot these days and struggling to get to 1200 a day, should I force myself or is it alright to just leave it? I'm not underweight but I'm worried that it'll mess up my metabolism and when my appetite returns I'll gain weight like crazy Help!
