Bread and Weight Gain

I've been eating my bmr, and exercising but have gained 1.5/2lbs over the past week. I have not gone over and I don't think I'm overestimating my food. I have however been eating bread. I don't normally buy or eat bread but I made a loaf the other day and have been eating 2-4 slices a day. Do you think this is just water weight from the salt in the bread or is this real weight gain. I would take my measurements now but I always do them first thing in the morning and I've just had lunch so I know they'd be bigger than first thing in the morning. I know 2lbs doesn't seem much but I'm on that last 10lbs and so it feels like I'm going backwards!
