Eating my exercise calories?
I was just wondering why I would want to eat the calories I burned off during exercise? Say I start out with a max caloric intake of 1200 and then workout and burn 250 calories. Why does it add those calories to my caloric intake for the day? Wouldn't I just want to keep them gone? Thank you for any feedback!
