Re-introducing

Upping my water intake
I admit - plain water doesn't interest me. My DH bought me a machine (Sodastream) that makes carbonated water. They make soda flavors with artificial sweetener. What I like the best is their little bottles of flavor "essence". Now I just fill the bottle with plain filtered water, add a capful of the essence & chug all day.…

Electric steamer is great
I use mine for a lot of healthy things. Veggies, brown rice, steel cut oats, fish, etc. One of the best things my Grands like is peeled apple slices in the inner bowl. With a dash of cinnamon & Stevia sweetener, it tastes like pie filling w/o all the crust calories. Tonight I will coat the top of tilapia with lite ranch…

Lunch problems solved
I'm new here & just discovered that any frozen meal I want is in the database! That's great because lunch is my downfall. I'm not a fan of cold cuts, keep forgetting to buy salad mix, find most soups aren't filling enough. Plus I'm often busy & hate the mess of putting some dish together. The $$ I'm saving here by not…
