Close to goal and burned out
I hit a wall this week, after 100+ days of logging everything on MFP. I'm within 5 lbs of goal and can't get motivated to log my food or watch my portions. Is this normal burnout? NSV: cholesterol down
I'm very proud that my total cholesterol is now at a normal level, down from a high level. Triglycerides are down, too. My HDL is up but now that I have the numbers, I'm going to focus on foods with good fats to get that number even better.

Focus on health
