Hi all,
Stagnation was contributing to my daily attitude of "meh." I know that exercise helps, so I bought a treadmill last month. I've walked at least 30 minutes every day and I feel 100% better. Focusing on fitness vs. weight loss has helped me feel much healthier. MFP is a great tool with a vast food database and makes this journey fun.

I'd love to have some fitness/motivational friends.
