Always hated exercise, hate sweating and mainly that I get out of breath, hot and hyperventilate quickly... I am really bad at it too.... Totally uncoordinated, when I have tried to do aerobics I am always 2-3 moves behind... I have bad knees (cartilage issue in both) so I cannot do high impact exercise. Don't have a lot…
