fat knees
so, i'll pose this here. what are the best exercises to tone the area around my knees? i've always hated my knees, but they rub on the insides. im doing cardio and some light weights as incorporated into my regimen but anything specific i can do? thanks! crystal

Do any of you use a heart rate monitor to calculate calorie burn? If so what do you use and do you like it?
