i try not to have cheat days. i will have a "splurge" meal once in a while and i make sure it fits into my plan to some degree. i personally will work out harder that day, drink extra water... i know they say a spike day is good for you but im still not convinced.

i love mine, and on days when im really busy at work i always get extra calories to eat at the end of the day. i typically dont eat these exercise type calories, simply because i get them added in at like 12am when i finally am home to link my fitbit. but it certainly is a nice little boost!

you push through the soreness and keep moving on. you work different parts of the body harder, let your "sore" spots have a minimal rest time... i typically work out 6 days a week, this week was 5 because of a busy saturday... been doing it this way for 8 weeks and its getting better with each week. good luck!

i go hard... every morning. stevia and full fat half and half. i account for it and i balance my diet the rest of the day. my coffee is that important to me. :)

i use endomondo. great app. works for cycling too. gives you your split times too and lets you know speed per mile. love it.

i would just make it a point to make a decision and stick to it. maybe while out have them put your "drink" in a glass with a lime wedge and in turn your friends will believe you are actually drinking? i gave up alcohol in december. not that i had a problem with it, but i made the decision to lose weight, losing the…

thanks for the tips! i was kind of thinking the same things. there are a few "hand over hand" areas, so we shall see, im thinking some push ups (and attempted pull ups) are in order too!

I wear my fitbit all day, except for when i wear my HRM. when i cycle, i use the calorie burn from my HRM and enter that into MFP. when im done cycling and take my HRM off, i put my fitbit back on. i set my "activity" to sedentary, simply because some days im really active, some days im a slug on the sofa.

buy an expensive new corset from Ms. Martha's Corset Shoppe (I love corsets) and then have a photoshoot done. :)

when my "heavy jeans" were getting difficult to button, when i smiled for pictures, even with my chin elevated it still appeared that i had a double chin. when my kids said "mommy, you're getting fat..." i decided to make the change.

@secretlybeaut - absolutely sexy picture!

i typically get whatever is on sale, always get plain. prefer fage and chobani. for breakfast i add peak pure protein granola and a tbsp of sugar free jam. yum. in the evening, as a snack i'll add a tsp of sugar free/fat free pudding mix (cheesecake flavor) and then add a few chopped up almonds. perfect snack!

on and upward, dont look back. you have to let it go and go forward with knowledge of what you did, but focus on the future!

i track everything, except for spices that do not contain sodium, gum, and sometimes i forget to record my water, however, i do try to drink over 100ozs on a daily basis.

when you use your camera on your phone to scan in everything that you will put into your lunch bucket and then check your macros in order to make sure you are in the daily limits. if you're not you then remove the offending item and replace it with something more suitable.

a coworker knew it was my birthday and made me fully organic, gluten free carrot cupcakes. i entered her recipe into MFP and found out that ONE cupcake was 648 calories and 50grams of fat. mind you, it contained flax, grapeseed and coconut oils, which are good for you but still... sigh. thankfully i barely ate much at…

i smell almost everything... inanimate objects, food, whatever is close enough to sniff

i have to say i was good. only "sinful" treat i had today were the snackwells yogurt covered pretzels. i should have splurged a bit... but feel better having not done it. :)

all over this for breakfast tomorrow. thanks so much!

today will be a rest day... so no working out. i will enjoy this cup of coffee, watch a movie, enjoy a leisurely breakfast, then maybe clean the house and get some "work" stuff done. this evening its dinner with my partner at a steakhouse and then home to start the workweek. :)

congrats to you! its always nice when we try on clothes that would have previously been too tight only to find that they now fit, and they look pretty awesome on us too! keep up all the hard work!
