i just received my heart rate monitor and i did my workout today. 15 min on the treadmill as a warm up, then my 20 min 30DS video and then 15 min on the elliptical. My total was about 1/2 from what this site has it set for? why such a HUGE difference. so for 55min total of exercise i only burned 230 cal?

how do you log cheese properly? I mean on the package it shows a 30g piece is 1 1/4" is that wide and long? like a square? i have been doing the 30 ds and after day 2 my calves are sore. Should i be taking a day off to rest the calf muscles or just keep going? when out for dinner/drinks how do you log?
i am out for dinner and drinks tonight and i know i will be way over my limit... how can you log some of these items when some restaurants don't have the nutritional facts listed? how do you know how many calories, carbs and fat is in it then, to log it? just wondering what some of you do in these situations?

nothing seems to be working
it's frustrating already. For the past month i have been doing 40 min on the treadmill or ellipitical, cut down on portions, no pop... only water and tea, made healthier choices and not 1 lb has come off yet..... what am i doing wrong? why can't i lose any weight?

looking for a healthy chicken pasta and broccoli recipe and
I want to find a few good soup recipes, maybe a broccoli soup, tortilla, etc and i love pasta with broccoli, so if i can find a healthy recipe for that , it would be great. exercise calories different on my treadmill vs this site?
so which do i go by? when i enter my exercise eg) walking a brisk pace of 3.5 for 25 min it shows on here 101 calories, but my treadmill showed just over 200? that's a big difference.... which do i go by?
