Hi everyone! Today I'm doing a Mud Factor 5k. So pumped!! How would I go about logging it? I went through the database and really the only thing that even remotely made sense was to put hiking (cross country). I'll probably be walking the majority of it. Suggestions?

Grapes...????
So I'm looking up grapes and see around 65 calories per cup (which is what i always use) and then I'm seeing over 100 calories per cup. So I googled it and saw European grapes and American grapes. What the heck am I eating and how many calories is it??? I always thought grapes were grapes.
