Hi! My name is Becky and I joined MFP 10 weeks ago. We started a weight loss challenge at church and a friend from work introduced me to MFP. So far things are going great. I started at 239 and am at 213 as of this morning. I still have a long way to go, but I'm excited to continue on this journey.
(by the way I won the challenge at church! $90 which was all spent on new clothes!!!)

Hi! I am new to this site. This is my second day of tracking food and exercise. I have 40 pounds to loose and have decided enough is enough! Eventhough I've been working out since the end of November I've not yet lost anything. The trainer I'm working with says it will come off and that I just need to be patient. I hope with the tools and the community on this site I'll be able to making lasting lifestyle changes. Please help me and I'll be glad to help you along the way. Thank you!
