when logging strength training such as ( wide grip pull downs) all I get is no results found... Is there another wording or phrase I should use ??:frown:
HI, I was wondering if anyone else is having a hard time inputing strenght training.. I am lifting weight and alot of the time I can't find the information on just some basic exercises for example a standing calf raise... no where in the data base .. Am I doing something wrong??? :sad:
