:happy: hello !! I am doing a program called mama bootcamp and my coaches love this site and so far, so do I ... one quick question how on earth do I record my bootcamp sessions.. they last 90 minutes.. Cardio and strength training.. Since I started I have lost 43 inches in total body fat at my last measurement... the food journal should help me get past my plateau... Any suggestions?

Welcome to the site, it's a great place. I do bootcamp everyweek and it's a real good workout. In the end I had to buy a heart rate monitor as it's the only realy way to know how much you burned. It really dpends on your height and weight. I'm 5ft 5" and weight 152lb and I burned 600 cals in a 75min bootcamp class but that was me working as hard as I possibly could. Get a HRM, they're great!0
