Hi All, I am new to the group and had a few questions. 1. If i increase my calories but lower my fat percent to 15% will that prevent me from gaining muscle without the fat? 2. I have a rotator cuff injury. How can I build(tone) chest and shoulders? Thanks Nathan

I only lose when i dont eat my calories
Hi Guys, First time posting here. I don't understand I know i am supposed to eat my calories but the scale just does not move unless i have a large amount of calories left. Yesterday I left over 850 cals and today I lost. Please help.

Hi All, I am seriously trying to understand why i eat well all day come home NOT hungry taste one cookie say " oh thats good" finish the cookie eat the row then half the box. I know that i shouldnt have even started but WHY cant i just stop at a taste? Thanks

I am very confused on the definition of "sedentary". I am at a desk all day but exercise 1/2 hour a day (5 days a week) to burn 300-500 cals. is that sedentary or MODERATE Thanks

Hi All, I know the last 10lbs you are supposed to change the goals to .5lbs loss and therefore eat MORE, but now i am creeping UP. How long does this last or should I decrease my calorie intake? Thanks

why do you get to eat more at maintenance level
Hi guys, Silly question: in order to lose weight should you not eat your TARGET weight? if so why where we not eating that in the first place?
