I wish I hadn't spent so much of my life being overweight/obese
I never got to dress like a stylish teenager, or were the cool things people wear in their 20s. I will probably be too old to wear a mini skirt by the time I get to my goal weight. At least I'm young looking for my age. I may pull something off.

Today I didn't feel like tracking, because I thought I had gone way over my calories. Anyway, I tracked everything, and I am actually within my calories! I am quite surprised. I think this might prevent further binging.

Do I really have to drink 16 cups of water a day?
Hi I have "Water Your Body" on my phone, and after inputting my weight, it has suggested that I drink 3861mLs of water a day, and that isn't even for sports or hot days.
