Sorry, I probably deleted them

Found out recently that Heidi Powell uses myfitnesspal :-) I guess if you buy premium you can do carb cycling since you can change the calorie/carb goals for each day.

I didn't worry about calories today. I used cheese on the inside AND outside of the sandwich, and surprisingly, it didn't stick to the sandwich press. I used had tomato and sundried tomato relish and some butter on the outside. I liked that the outside was crunchy. It wasn't really worth the calories for me. While it was…

Feed it to your dog/chickens, make a bigger amount and divide it up before you sit down to eat, then add any left-overs to whats already in the fridge, or make less and get full on tea/coffee/water. It sounds like you are dishing yourself up too much food.

Good point!

Yeah, if average amount is applied to the population for sure, considering this is an obesity crisis. I should have said ''healthy amount''. I don't know what it is, which is why I asked. I was wondering if there is some sort of test to determine this. I was slightly overweight as a young teenager, and I couldn't even…

Hey, still 3 more than I can do :)
-
Heck, I'm severley obese, and I can do 20 full pushups!!! I do have a personal trainer though.
-
I kind of mean standard fitness. Like what do you have to be able to do to be considered ''healthy''? is there a test or something? We used to do a few different things in health class, one being the ''beep test''. What would one have to be able to do to qualify as a police officer? to get into the army? to become a navy…

I've got a few pairs of saggy underwear, lots of baggy underwear (they fit at the waistband, but are baggy everywhere else), I can now fit into some regular stores (YAY!!!)

Meeee!!! I'm from New Plymouth, living in Hamilton and moving to Christchurch soon.
-
Thank you :-)

I definately work-out. I walk my dog for about two hours everyday and see a personal trainer twice a week. The personal trainer will probably stop once I have been at goal weight for six months or got my body to look how I want it to look because it's expensive. I am moving to a new city soon, and have noticed lots of…

My ultimate goal (at the moment), is to be able to run a 10k someday. I don't see much point in going any further than that. Maybe I would consider doing a marathon or something, but I HATE blisters.

I have one, but I'm not really sure what to do with it. Someday maybe? not convinced vege noodles will be as satisfying as actual pasta, but we'll see :-)

I've started having grilled cheese/toasties with tomato, ham and cheese (and sometimes onion chutney), with a small bit of butter and a lower calorie bread. It isn't as bad as I originally thought. Guess they are coming out with better food alternatives these days.

I had a mix of unhealthy things last night (I wouldn't call it a binge...) and woke up with a stomach ache. That hasn't happened for a while...

I think you can make them on bodybuilding.com I would recommend lots of squats and lunges, and get into weight lifting if you can.

Click bait!

25, I feel old!
-
Only about 20lbs.
-
I have over 100lbs to lose. Not sure on the exact number.
-
I have at least 100 to lose
-
I would recommend eating filling foods and having them prepared in advance, and maybe doing some exercise in your spare time so you have less time to eat. That's what I try anyway. The third suggestion will probably help more on your days off.

I just tried that out and was quite a bit smaller than I thought, but to be fair, one of the measurements didn't go as high as my actual body (I think it was the waist?). I didn't feel like I looked like any of the women there.

I kind of am

All the time!

I just said the 2lbs as an example. If you are losing weight, are you always losing muscle tone?
-
I have a personal trainer because I was unable to lose weight on my own. I didn't have any accountability outside of myself, I kept cheating and eating junk food, and I hated going to the gym. Having a personal trainer meant having someone I could check in with twice a week, look forward to meeting at the gym and work…

I think you have to study for 3 years in New Zealand to do it (but don't quote me on that, it's better to look it up yourself).
