Do you ever do this?

Today I didn't feel like tracking, because I thought I had gone way over my calories.

Anyway, I tracked everything, and I am actually within my calories! I am quite surprised. I think this might prevent further binging.

No, I can't track in hindsight because I weigh my food and log it right away. If I wait until the end of the day, I wouldn't know the exact measures AND I would likely forget something. They call it "food amnesia."

Nope, never happens, curse my lack of self control and love of high calorie goodies :expressionless:

I do that pretty often, these days. I like to log even when I've had one of those indulgent days such as a vacation or holiday meal. 90% of the time when that happens, I'm over on calories but by a lot less than I expected. And I still consider it a win when I went over by 300 or 550 and could have gone over by far more.

Of course, but only after 11am! (Because I don't care about logging when I'm drunk.)
