Any keto food diaries I can look at??
I seem to be consistently eating around 2000 plus calories a day. I know this is way too much to successfully loose weight. I've lost a couple pounds but am wondering if there is anyone out there whose food diary I can browse? TIA

Do you eat your exercise calories?
Just wondering how many of you actually eat the extra calories your earn from exercising? If you do, are you eating half or all etc?

Hi there, I'm newish to MFP, but not to trying to lose weight. I have always found in the past the most successful way to lose weight is to have a good support. This site seems like a great way to get the support I need. Can't wait to continue on in my weight loss journey! :wink:
