I'm over all the time too, but, I find if I actually plan what I'm going to eat, and track my whole day in the morning, I have more control. If I eat, then track my calories, I usually end up over. This is what I do most days, go over I mean, but even if I'm over, it's usually not as much as it would be if I wouldn't track…

My whole weekend has been overindulging. I sure hear about being able to be goood for a couple of days and then I just lose it, and I'm back to my ways. I log in all my calories and try not to beat myself up about it and believe that eventually I'll have alot more good days before I fall off the wagon. It took me years to…

Try a california roll, or wonton sup. Wraps are good with leftover chicken and veggies and even some tzatziki sauce or frozen weight watchers entree's...:smile:

Thanks for the tip about Canadian Tire, went there tonight and bought a WW scale for the big weigh in tomorrow. You'd think I might come up with canadain tire on my own considering I love it...lol. Maple Ridge is about 45 min east of Vancouver. Where abouts are your family?

I have been there... a nightly routine of eating at least another meals(big meal) worth of calories. I've quit a hundred times also, but here I am and every day counts. Weight loss is a struggle, but the payoff is huge. Feel free to add me as a friend and remember nothing tastes as good as skinny feels!
