Hey there... I am using a Fitbit, and if it is calculating that I have earned 900 calories for the day, should I be eating some of those. Most days I walk like 4 miles on my treadmill, uphill, etc... Question about calories
I am having a touch time, haven't been losing. So I did a little research and I think that I MFP may have me at too low of calories. I did the calculations and it is off like 500 calories. I excerise, either eliptical or treadmill 4-5 days a week. I have an office job. What are your thoughts in maybe increasing my calories…

Question about Nutrition
Hi, I started using this program again. It has been a rough summer for losing weight for me. I noticed that I am staying within my range for calories, fat, carbs, but at the end of the day I am negative for sugar and protein. What are your thoughts. By negative sometimes between 20-30.
