Hey there...
I am using a Fitbit, and if it is calculating that I have earned 900 calories for the day, should I be eating some of those. Most days I walk like 4 miles on my treadmill, uphill, etc... I am scared. I have been doing this for a couple of weeks and I am not losing. I wonder if I am not eating enough, most days I eat like 1400 calories. Your advice and help is much appreciated.

If you are not losing, eating more will only make that worse.0

I always eat back all the calories my Fitbit gives me, but if you're not losing you don't want to eat more. That said, 2 weeks isn't really long enough to start worrying about not losing. Weight loss isn't linear, sometimes you won't lose for a week or two.
If you don't start losing weight soon, then make sure you're counting calories accurately (weigh everything with a food scale, make sure you count EVERYTHING including sauces, vegetables, drinks, etc). If you're not already weighing everything, start now!0 -
Sometimes the apps don't calculate accurately. I would compare what Fitbit calculates with 2 or 3 other sources. You can search internet for a formula to calculate your weight multiplied by the activity and some formula ? to get more precise calculations. Also, your body adjusts to habit quite well. You may need to change your treadmill workout with other activities that rev up your metabolism. Throw in some strengthening workouts. Your body has adjusted to the treadmill. It's a good activity, but if you think you should be losing weight, then your body has gotten very efficient at your calorie intake and your routing treadmill workout. You have to trick your metabolism.0
