Lost my spark...
I was doing so good and now nothing. I have lost my fire to get to the gym and to watch what I"m eating. UGH....... Not sure what to do to get reset with my progress.

2.6 pounds in 3 weeks
3 weeks today I've been working with a trainer and I've only lost 2.6 pounds. This is very discouraging!!! I do feel stronger and am able to make it through workouts better. So disappointed that I haven't lost more

Do I do 30 day shred on my cardio day?
I work out with a trainer 2 days a week. So I"m doing cardio in between and 1 day weight training on my own. Not sure when to do the 30 day shred. Any suggestions??
