I was doing so good and now nothing. I have lost my fire to get to the gym and to watch what I"m eating. UGH....... Not sure what to do to get reset with my progress.

Write down why you were losing weight and exercising, to remind you of your goals.
Probably best to hang that piece of paper somewhere you walk past a lot as well, to keep reminding yourself.0
