2.6 pounds in 3 weeks

3 weeks today I've been working with a trainer and I've only lost 2.6 pounds. This is very discouraging!!! I do feel stronger and am able to make it through workouts better. So disappointed that I haven't lost more

Why? It's almost 1lb per week. Alot of it is probably water retention from you working out. I'd kill for a 2.6lbs in 3 weeks.0

I personally think that is a great rate of loss!! I know how we all are and want quick results, but really slow and steady wins the race and STAYS OFF when you lose it like that!!
