I'm told to not eat below my BMR of 1685. My daily calorie needs are 2022. If I eat 1650 calories a day it's only a 350 deficit. I work out daily and burn about 350 calories which makes it even less. It becomes a 700 deficit. Which becomes about 1300 calories a day. I'm doing something wrong, what is it?
