Overage on Calories?
We had a Christmas party last night and I overdid my calorie intake just a little bit. Will that completely throw me off for the entire week? I do so great during the week, the weekends kill me!

Does drinking 8 cups of water a day really help you lose weight?

I am new and need some motivation!
I just started this last week and have officially tracked my calories for 7 days now. When I weighed in this week I had only lost .6 pounds. :( Kinda discouraging. There were even days when I wouldn't reach my calorie goal at all. I feel better, but I am not seeing the numbers to support this. :) Will it get better?
