Yea, I eat! I always try to stay under my calorie goal. I didn't add all of the calories last night because I wasn't even sure how to keep up with all of it! I went in just now and added it and ended up 20 calories away from my 1200 calorie goal! Awesome!

Thank you all! I feel better....after I had my son I lost 25 lbs on a low carb diet, but I didn't feel great because all I ate was meat and cheeses...this gives me the opportunity to eat a variety of healthy foods and is kinda fun! I just want to lose about 10 more lbs and I'll be back to feeling great in my clothes!

I need some motivation too! I have logged everything and have remained under my calorie goal and haven't lost really anything! like .6 of a pound! Will it get better? Does it take a little while for it to start coming off?
