What do you use and recommend? Is there a "better" product made strictly for women? Or are the products made the same for both men and women? My friend told me that he uses Met-Rx L-Glutamine Powder....is this something I can use?
When I start my workout, I always do my cardio first then hit the weights. Is there a "right" way in doing so? Should I be changing it up by doing weights then cardio or doing some cardio, then weights then more cardio? Thanks!
