Running with asthma
So I started a c25k training. I just completed week2day2 and I am terribly struggling with my breathing. By the end of 90 seconds of jogging my chest hurts, I am short of breath and coughing. protien shakes
I drink syntha 6 protien shakes. I tend to do use 2 scoops versus 1 and have 2 shakes a day. This eats up 800 calories of my 1300 per day and 60 grams of carbs out of my 100grams per day. I feel gypt at the end of the day and starving. Any suggestions?

Stuck
My motivation is like a huge yoyo. I struggle and fall when I don't see results. Last week I followed my diet plan and worked out 5 out of 7 days and got absolutely no where. No weight or inches lost. Did alot of cardio and minimal weights. Should I switch this around or what? HELP
