What type of exercise should I be doing??

Since January I have lost 13 pounds. I have been plateaued for a few months now. I kicked up my work outs and I weight lift 3-4 times a week for 30 minutes each time. Targeting different areas of the body. Plus I do cardio 2-3 times a week for 30 minutes each time. My diet was low carb/low cal with protein shakes. I am looking into the EM2WL. But not sure if my fitness is right. My life style is moderatly active. Any suggestions?

  • go to dr oz .com he recently did a show on how to break the plateau when dieting. he had all kinds of foods to eat and exercises to do .give it a look
