Get 500 calorie workout DVD (at walmart is where I got it) by The Firm. AMAZING. Very high paced, very exhausting, but I loved every minute of it. it's not boring...You're on your feet the entire time, and it's awesome! I definitely recommend it. It's 60 minutes long. I'm pretty sure I burned more than 500 calories…
