This is a huge problem with me. I'm 120 so I'm not really losing, I'm trying to tone...but I get hungry like you do, and overeat, and that's not helping my situation at ALL. I'm tiny in general, and my start weight was only around 125...so I probably can't lose ten in a month :( But I'll try and lose five-seven by Thanksgiving for sure!! It took me two months just to lose seven lbs though haha. I'll try though! I'm in!

I feel better that I'm eating clean, nothing processed. I feel a little bit tinier...even though I've lost 5 lbs total...starting from 130, trying to get to 115. I just FEEL better. And I can't wait to see the results! Almost 2 weeks going, and I've done amazing! I'm just happy.

Me and my friend last week shopped at a huge mall in Atlanta near my boyfriends house for 2 hours, and I counted it! :) I think as leisurely stroll or something.

Mine just counts down what I've lost, too. I like seeing it that way! I have 10 more lbs until my goal! Then I'm going to try for 5 more to get to 110. I'm just mostly toning...ready to see a difference in my body!

Did a lot of working out today! I lost a lb. I'm 125 as of a little bit ago. It fluctuates though!

Wow! That's awesome! I wish I could get outside and walk or run. I live in a college town though, and in the back of my apt complex, so I don't feel comfy doing it when my roommates are out of town!

I'm now on my 4 water bottle for the day. I started kind of late. I did intense cardio/toning for an hour earlier. Burned over 500 calories. And definitely stayed within my calories...Didn't eat all of them though...so hard! Still weighing in at around 126. Hopefully I see a change by Friday...I'm going to be working out…

That's awesome! I've always been a 1-2-3 size girl. Now I'm in a 4...Trying to get back down to a 1-2. BUT, I don't have much to lose..it's taking forever! How long did it take you? What's your secrets? :lol I do some serious cardio/toning for an hour a day, and eat very clean and healthy.

I don't have much to lose but...I'm 125. trying to get down to 115..maybe even 110. I don't know...I'm a tiny girl, I'm made to be tiny, and I want to tone up more than anything. Just to be smaller...fit into smaller clothes...feel better, you know?

500 calorie workout by "the Firm." GET IT. It's amazing. And fun. It's a whole hour. and it's seriously an amazing workout...Highly suggest it...especially for us little ladies, who don't have much to lose, and want to tone up, too! It switches out between cardio, then toning, cardio, toning, etc, etc. I got it at walmart!

Are you talking stomach ulcers? I have a stomach ulcer, and veggies don't really irritate it...

I never eat my workout calories. I think it's a waste if I go and workout, then eat them back.
