Level three
Completed day 2 level three! (day 22!). The cardio kills me! The sumo squat jumps! my least favorite! The only thing that's keeping me motivated is that It's during these last days that we start to see the results of our hard work! Hang in there everyone! we are almost there!

Day 14 , Day 4 of level 2! JM killed me today!

Day 13! Day 3 of level 2 completed! I hate level two! I hate the plank poses! Cant wait to complete level 2 and move to level 3!

Completed 7 days of 30 days Shred! Took two days off in between. planning to complete the 10 days of level one then take a day off. Took pictures before I start, and will post them with my afters:)
