Just wondering how all of you are planning out your 30 days. I started yesterday 2/2, and I think I'm going to do each level for 7 days, but take Sunday's off. That means I'd finish on 3/5, with 28 actual days of the DVD, so I might do 2 extra days of level 4, just to bring it to an even 30 days. What are you all doing?
I've started the 30DS DVD twice before, but never made it past day 2 because my quads were so extremely sore, it was painful! Does anyone have some tips for relieving the soreness and speeding up recovery time? I plan on stretching a lot more and increasing my water intake, but other than that what can I do? Any good…
