Can anyone tell me if the nutrition information for foods listed in Myfitnesspal is for raw or cooked weight. For example, I am suppose to have 4 oz raw chicken so if I choose 4oz Foster Farms grilled chicken for 120 calories is that raw or cooked amounts?
Does anyone use the 9rounds kickboxing facility? If so, how do you track the exercise? It is a combination of strenght and cardio?
What is the best way to log strength training? I see that you can go to each exercise and put in weight and reps, but seems like there should be a simpler way. So say if I did my eliptical warm up and the worked upper body and abs and the whole work out took 1.5 hours, how do you account for that?
