I googled and found that I had to change my posture, that helped with my back. For my shins, I found that maybe I am landing flat footed instead of rolling into my walk.. Anyone…

HI Everyone! I"m back on MFP! Hopefully I can really lose weight this time. Last time I tried this I actually gained... Crazy huh? I"ve lost 13 lbs since, I want to go down to 135, but I'll do 140 for now which is 8 lbs! Encouragement and support!! <3

Shin Splints
So a couple months ago I started walking again and developed a pain in my shins I started to believe it was shin splints. It wouldn't let me walk more than 5 minutes. Well now I've lost 6 lbs, and no longer have that pain! Yayyyy!

Lately when I walk 5 minutes into it the front of my bottom legs (shins) will start hurting me to the point I have to head back home because it hurts that bad. After a little research, I think I may be on the onset of shin splints :sad: What to do!? What to do!?
