Okay! I have read of the benefits of weight training posted by the wonderful people on this forum but I don't have the funds to pay for a gym membership. What advice can everyone give me to do at home? Your help is beyond measure - thanks in advance.
I have been wanting to try the step aerobics and bought the one with Low Max DVD by Cathe. I felt like such a clutz. I was 3 moves behind when she said "Let's mambo" and I said "WHAT?!?". I got frustrated and discouraged in less than 5minutes. Any suggestions to get this uncoordinated girl going on this step? Thanks.
