Weight/Strength training help

Okay! I have read of the benefits of weight training posted by the wonderful people on this forum but I don't have the funds to pay for a gym membership. What advice can everyone give me to do at home? Your help is beyond measure - thanks in advance.

    You can start out with some body weight exercises (burpees, pushups, etc) and then add resistance bands, free weights, etc as you like. I only workout at home now and I use these websites for free:

    www.bodyripped.net (she has a ton of bodyweight routines, all you might need is a yoga mat)

    And search for ZWOW on youtube
