Off to a roaring start?
Hey I was wondering if anyone else lost a lot of weight in the first week. I set up to lose 1 lb per week and have already lost 3. I suspect it is because: a) I'm set up as sedentary activity, but am a bit more active than that? b) You tend to lose a lot in the beginning and then less later on?
