I've gotten a little vain, I must admit. When I go to a social event, I often choose clothing that will show off my weight loss. Usually the latest clothing I've purchased, since everything else is baggy. I also check myself in the mirror to see if my working out is having an effect.

microwave a 1/4 cup of egg whites in a coffee mug for 1.5 minutes, cut into chunks and wrap in three deli slices of extra lean turkey breast. (both from costco btw) 90 calories, 19g of protein, 1g fat, 1g carbs I went to egg whites to reduce the cholesterol.

rocked a core class today...doing pushups, but with my feet tip-toe on an exercise ball, and my hands on a medicine ball (that has handles on it. The instructor asked me if I had been practicing at home.

My regular breakfast was two whole wheat bagels, one with cheese, and another with pb&j. I'm guessing 800 calories, plus whatever I drank, usually orange juice! Sounded healthy to me before I counted up the calories.

I went from a 38 to around a 28 in pants size. It's actually a lot harder to find this size! Friended. I went from 205 pounds to 154, and I'm gaining a bit of muscle so I'm now 160. Wow you look totally awesome too! You're an inspiration because I want to stay this way when I'm your age (no offense).
