Super Healthy Hot Cereal (one bowl recipe)
1/2c Nature's Three Berries (frozen, from Costco)
2 tbsp ground chia seed (bulk food store)
1 tsp cinnamon, or to taste
1/2c Fibre First Multi-Bran Cereal (President's Choice Blue Menu, or similar)
1/2c pre-cooked Quinoa (also at Costco)
1) put berries and chia into bowl and pour boiling water, covering berries to thaw, and letting the chia seed turn to a gel. You can add the cinnamon now to help mix it better, or later.
2) mix the remaining items and add more boiling water from the kettle to your preferred thickness.
3) microwave to heat up, about 1 minute.
