    This is before and during. I don't have good ones, because this just happened over such a long time. I'm 5'9" and started around 270 (jeans size 20-22). The jeans pic is most recent. I'm 192 (jeans size 14) and trying to squeeze into my goal jeans (a very small 14!). This was all done through plain diet and exercise over about 5 years. On and off the wagon constantly. My ticker says I only lost 20 lbs, because that is just what I've lost with mfp.

    I would like to lose 32 more lbs.

    Thanks! Got the dress last summer at goodwill to wear to a wedding and just now can wear it... this last 20lbs has been the hardest to lose... I'd like to lose more but would be pretty damn happy to lose the last 10lbs...
