Four pages of stunning transformations. The more I see these transformations, the more I feel reinforced about what I'm doing.
All of the men and women who posted in this thread should be very proud of themselves. I was originally targeting a 27 pound loss, but now that the number is upon me and after seeing some of the guys who posted looking way more athletic, I'm going to reassess where I want to end up. Frankly, 25 pounds has been a breeze.

aw, thank you! I go back and forth on wanting to switch the color again, but dark is so much less maintenance not to mention affordable!
