    Not ideal pics, but all I got.

    This was me May this year, around 225lb:

    (Err, right click and 'view image' for full pic if not showing, though not must else of interest :) ).

    Now at 168 and looking to get to 160, but have had a few 'bad' days and I really KNOW how to do BAD!
    (My Birthday when I ate 5000 calories was fine as TDEE was 6000 calories... the day after wasn't so good exercise wise, but food was still pretty high - come back fairly quickly after that as most will be water etc.)
