    I went from a 38 to around a 28 in pants size. It's actually a lot harder to find this size! Friended. I went from 205 pounds to 154, and I'm gaining a bit of muscle so I'm now 160.

    Wow you look totally awesome too! You're an inspiration because I want to stay this way when I'm your age (no offense).
