Smoothie help and thoughts
I am overweight. Doctor said I am pre-diabetes. Started today making my own smoothies. I used 1 cup low fat yogurt vanilla. 1 cup frozen watermelon, a handful of frozen grapes and a half cup water. Next time I will add in ground flax seed. I forgot this time. Will that be an acceptable breakfast? I'm not a breakfast person…

Proper time to start 30 DS or no such thing?
I am only 8 pounds down, have 70 or so more to go. I have done 30 DS a few times and do other exercises as well. Is it ok to combine both? One day do 30 DS then the next day walk or run? Or should I be focusing more on losing the weight then go to the 30 DS? Thank you! :)

It has been HOT HOT HOT here with crazy humidity. I sit and sweat. Does this speed up weight loss or just speeds up water loss? Thanks!

Need help figuring out the info for what I made
I made golden butter cupcakes from Pillsbury. The recipe calls for 1/3 cup butter, I used Parkay butter spray in place of it. It also called for 3 eggs and I used Eggbeaters. Any ideas on how to configure the nutritional info since I altered it? Thank you!
