Reaching my goal
When I started myfitnesspal I set a goal of 185lbs. This morning I weighed in at 188. I planned on getting a tattoo when I got there, now I'm close, and don't know what to get. I need some help, it has to be cool! Any ideas????

Deadlift form
Lastnights workout I set a PR on deadlift, would love some comments on form. I think I need to finish with my shoulders farther back. Other then that I think It was a solid set. Thoughts??

Too many MFP Friends?
How many MFP friends are too many. I have over 100 and I think it might be getting to be to many. I have seen some people that have over 300+. You have to be losing personal touch with over 100+. How many do you have, and how many is the perfect number?

My weight loss journey started in mid October. I was over 250lbs and had just planned a trip to a tropical location. Are HRM's accurate?
Tried this last night, but I think everyone was sleeping. I got a garmin FR60 yesterday( without foot pod), but with a chest strap, and imputed all the numbers. Then played hockey for 70 mins. Average 1.5 min shifts, couple min rests. At the end my total cals burnt was 850+ cals, way higher then I would have estimated. My…

Going on vacation!
I'm going on vacation, leaving this weekend. Yeah!! Two problems, 1. I have a group of hardcore freinds, that may unfriend me if I'm absent for 7 days. 2. I hate to ruin my run of consecutive days. .......any ideas.....?
